We understand that sometimes things can change when you are decorating.
TORLYS wants you to be happy.
If after 30 days from install you are not happy with the colour or
style, we will replace the floor with another TORLYS floor.
That’s our Beautiful Promise.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Contact your retailer after 30 days from install and TORLYS will replace your floor with a new TORLYS Floor of equivalent value. Contact 1-855-486-7597 ext 2371 for details. TORLYS Beautiful Promise only applies to Smart Floors that are installed floating.

Your dealer will charge you the difference in cost
Under the terms of this program you will not receive a credit or rebate for the difference in cost. You are encouraged to select a floor of equal value.
Yes. This ensures one point of contact for seamless follow up.
Yes. Flooring must be sold and installed by an authorized TORLYS flooring dealer. TORLYS Beautiful Promise only applies to Smart Floors that are installed floating.
There is a limitation of one replacement floor per purchase.
No replacement will be made should the TORLYS floor be subjected to vandalism, abuse, improper maintenance, alteration, or damage caused by smoke, fire, flood, wind, lightning, or any other casualty event.
